One of those guys is a full-time member of the squad and has been a professional player in Germany for a decade; the other guy is on loan with no record of sustained success in this league.
Since the Donovan Bayern saga began, I would guess I have watched BM play maybe 10 games, including winter break friendlies. And I just have not been impressed with Van Bommel. Admittedly, I havent seen him play much more over the course of his career....is he just in a run of bad form?
I agree. I haved seen him play with PSV with Beasley and some with Barca. The best I have seen him play was with PSV but I may be biased because Beaz was on that team. That team did go to the semis of the Champions League.
One could argue that it was un-earned support that got Donovan the loan to Bayern in the first place.

I have seen him do that in a few different games. And it seems it just clogs up the area and leaves no space for creativity in the play As I type another great save by bremens keeper but the play is ruled offside
Did I say that Donovan deserved or earned that support yet? I have no problem with Donovan not starting as long as its an in-form, proven player. However I will continue to get annoyed when Podolski and Altintop are given chances instead. Both are proven, but both are far from in-form.
