That once again proves that DC United has been the biggest club in MLS history ... now if only we could build on that, heh. -Tron
I think one has to put all championships won by MLS teams- so the CCC titles won by DC and LA and the Inter-American cup won by DC should be on the above list too.
those were international competitions, besides... i wasn't sure which all have been won by mls teams i did that list off the top of my head and was only needing help for the '98 shield
I disagree. Let's compare apples with apples. Plus, those tournaments weren't taken seriously. Not one match was outside the USA.
DC should have 8 titles and LA should have 5 according to my titles document i keep...but i also have champions cup and inter-american cup..
Better yet...Metroscum have never even made it to a final!?!?!? (at least the Revs and Crew have) p.s. The Rhinos are a more successful team than metroscum!?!?! How hilarious is that!!!

Teams with no titles - # of finals: Colorado - 2 - '97 MLS Cup, '99 U.S. Open Cup New England - 2 - '01 U.S. Open Cup, '02 MLS Cup Metrostars - 0 I see that the Supporter's Shield - U.S. Open Cup double has never been accomplished.
anyone here run x-c in highschool??? cause the participation ribbon remark reminded me of everyone lining up at the finish line to provide the "sympathy clap" for the last few runners there's nothing like seeing 300 runners duke it out and then 2 or 3 EXTREME stragglers coming in minutes behind everyone else it's a riot to say the least... well save the fact that these guys were usually on my varsity team -jim
