I seen the commercial on FSW and it looks pretty cool/neat and could potentially help your game especially when there are times when you have to practice by yourself. So for those who use it, does it improve your game? Is this worth the money to get the thing? Is this fun to play with?
Do you get tired of it? etc.

To try to maintain a serious response...I'd take a simple, old fashioned wall any day over Star Kick.

i had a starkick. it broke in 3 months. it doesnt help any way. Its almost impossible to curve the ball at all so you can never tell if youre practicing the right techinique. the rope also goes behind your leg and burns you when you kick it. dont buy it

The star kick obviously isnt made for being able to curl the ball. But its great for developing 1st touch, trapping, & volleys. Its also a great time saver since you dont have to chase the ball around.

basically it's an elastic rope kinda thing that you can attach to a ball.
