Now if you were looking for a clarinet player - perhaps to add a few polka songs or whatever to the Hinchada's repertoire - I could dust off the one I played in high school and see if after 16 years I still know how to play it. (Manly disclaimer: when we were picking out instruments to play in junior high - or shall I say having instruments picked for us - though I wanted to play drums I got stuck with the clarinet because my uncle had an old hand-me-down instrument from the 50s that he gave to us for free.)
  5. or if anyone knows where we can get instruments like trumpets, a sax, cimbals, etc... for a low price please let us know. i'm sure that more than one of us with the instruments can make an effort to learn how to play them, but the trumpets i've seen are kinda expensive.

I know that Melissa's brother used to play. I'll ask her tonight if he's good enough for the North End.
