    it will be winter in South America and it will likely be cold and wet and Beckham may catch a cold

    He will play, think it will be just a bit part though, he was 1 of the best! but look over your shoulder Beck's there is a few Lads after your position! and not far from it!!!

    there was speculation he wouldn't play in the last one but he played and made an impact so who knows.

    He will play for Milan and he will play in the 2010 World Cup. Unless the next year sees his bones start to creak he'll have a starting role in yet another England squad that fails to make an impact on the world stage.

    i don't think he'll ever have a starting role again; unless of course there is a rash of injuries to right midfielders perpetrated by rabid beckham fans...i cannot rule that out.

    LOL! My answer would be do not care. While I admire bender in peckham for his work rate I’ve always considered it a real shame that a player like Giggs never got to play in a world cup. I’d take him in my team over Beckham any day of the week!
