Yes, I got into them recently and have noticed an improvement in my touch with all the different parts of the foot.
I have done them in the past and they work great. The team I am coaching also has a paid Corver coach come in and do work with them and the improvement is vast. I am also trying to get a job with Corver this summer doing camps though the guy that helps my team, he is the head of Corver in Maryland, the only downside to that is I coach for free and if I get Corver tranning as a coach and I am still affiliated with Corver after the summer I have to charge the team I coach from tean on because of Corver rules about not giving away tranning for free
I started doing Coerver drills last year, and it worked wonders for my touch. (In my case, it may have simply been a case of regaining it - my touch had disappeared almost completely after about four years of constant injuries.)
