Without getting into details and spoiling it I have to advise that any soccer fan should watch tonight at 8pm on FSW, Sao x Paulo x Santos in the Brazilian Championship.

Both teams are in the top 4 and have the best offense in the league. Santos famous for breeding Pele now has two 17 year olds that are tearing it up, Robinho and Diego. Meanwhile Sao Paulo has 20 Year old National team member Kaka.

Watch this game from begining to end as it holds many surprises and is a classic in the State of Sao Paulo.

    FSW

Fox Sports World? Do I get this channel. I thought I only got FSNY. I couldn't get any of the NE Rev games or is that FSNE? Is this the same channel that has the Spurs/DC game on tonite?
ps- I am cable challenged. Forget ppv- I tried once to call for a game and they couldn't find it, apparently not many soccer fans in my cable area.

Yeah..Fox Sports World. On DISH Network its channel 149. Time to dump that cable, you are missing out on lots of soccer.

    dish

Dish? You mean FSW is not on cable? Yeah cable sucks for soccer. I am going thru withdrawls between the WC and when the Metros choked and fell off the face of the earth. No playoff games were shown in my area. I have been forced to drive two hours to the City to watch my daughters' woman's team play.
Is the shootout package only on the dish. I'm not convinced about the dish. My neighbor got one and asked me if he could trim one of my trees. He basically cut off all of the branches and left a 20ft tall stick in my yard.

You can get Charter Cable at Home. It's a DISH network, but without the actual dish. It's just another box, but it gets all the channels 1-318(318 being FSW) and then all the movie channels 701-770. You should look into it.

Thats funny in a sad way...my neighbor asked the same thing "ONly one branch". I gave the OK and next thing I knew half the tree was gone. Well he certainly heard from me. When I got my DISH I didnt need to have any trees trimmed. Plus I get a Brazilian station GLOBO on DISH for $20 month that gives me roughly 4 to 6 games a week (28 a month!). Considering PPV games are usually $20 EACH , $20 for 28 games is a bargain! Especially since its Brazilian players.

    How about DirecTV

Direct TV-Does it have the ugly dish? How do you hook it up to other tv's in the house? Is it worth it? Thanks.

    he said kaka...

  9. I have DirecTV and it is pretty good. FSW has a lot of soccer on. It does have a dish, but who cares if it is ugly. I get two or three games a day at least. To hook it up with other TV's you have to buy extra boxes I think. It is worth it though to get FSW.

Good game, rumors of Kaka moving to Milan now excite me even more.

Too much penalties for my taste, but my, that was a wild one! I like it where the SP player went after the Santos one for celebrating on the SP logo!
