Do I need to cancel subscription to Big Soccer

Please do not charge my credit card or PayPal when my subscription expires in January of 2014.

 

Why won't Big Soccer respond? Are they embarrassed about their customer service?

 

So, you've sent me an email saying, "Don't reply to this email, someone will eventually talk to you. I have only been sent ugly emails from Dark Knight, who claims a "super moderator" title
and Friedel'sAccent, neither of which have explained anything other than their personal opinions. I deserve an answer as to why I was banned. I have received none. Please refund everything I have paid.
