If this belongs in another forum please move it but I tought it could go here seeing as it is about the EPL. Those of you who live in the states and have Dish Network do you subscribe to the EPL pay per view package. It is 269$ for the whole season which is better than just buying a certain game each weekend. But my question is what games get shown? All of them or a little of everyone. I am a huge Arsenal fan and am getting tired of watching the games over the net since they freeze but don't want to spend that much money and only get say 20 out of the 38 games. Please share any and all comments or problems.
First, I would make every attempt to get Fox Sports World through your cable or satellite provider. FSW shows all of the PPV games later in the week. However, if you want to see the games live then buy the PPV package. With FSW, I have seen nearly every Arsenal league game this year.
i already have fox sports world. but would really like to watch the games live thats why i am looking into this package. besides i already wake up and follow every game why not just buy them live. do you have it mailrenegade?
I have DirectV and shelled out the money for the package at the begining of the season - well wort it in my view. There's actually quite a good variety of teams shown on the PPV package, so if all you're interested in is watching A*senal - as opposed to just a live game - then i would say don't get it. The main games have been the big ones that Man U, A*se or Chels have beeen involved in though. I bought it because watching a game 3/4 days later that i already know the score of, is a bit like watching a rerun of a movie i've already seen a few times.
Sup ClanBlue? Hey, Fox Sports World is the way to go. Nearly every week the key game is on either FSW or the two PPV channels I get. This past Saturday I watched my hero John Terry score against Bolton, then my main man Duffer pounce in and steal a goal just for **********s and giggles! FOR FREE! And if I have to pay 15.95 every once in a while thats ok. I'm going to be watching Arsenal v ManU with some friends so even if it's PPV it'll be like 2 bucks per person. The only real problem is getting my irish-american arse out of bed at 7:00AM on a weekend!!!!!!!
DTV has the same package and I pay the money, its well worth it. I have FSW, I am not a big fan. Tape delayed events go against everything sports are about. Seeing it live the moment. I'd rather watch stat tracker than a delayed game. If you are the type that can wait three days to check on a score for your team, waiting on FSW to run it on delay, I can't see how you live like that. Live events only!!!!
