How does Discovery work......Let's say Yallop has a guy in mind and he's keeping it a secret or not.....when he comes available, what if Colorado wants him too(since they lost Girmandi)? Is there a priority order? Is it who is willing to(or can) give up more cap space? Is it the first team to submit a request? I'm confused.
