I think all of us Directv shootout subscribers should send an e-mail to Directv thanking them for their great coverage of MLS via the shootout package. Unlike the past few years Directv showed every game that was televised (even those pesky wild feeds)! We all gave Directv alot of crap these past few years, so I think we should let them know we appreciate this seasons coverage. Maybe this way we can expect the same for next year.
I did this with Dish Network as well. I just couldn't let this post season go without letting Dish know how pleased I was with their willingness to show all games. I, ofcourse, expressed my desire that they work to expand the package to include all matches. We'll see.
i think that is more in the corner of mls and the teams... indemand can pick up the games if they are televised, even if the cameras are only going to the indemand feed... but the cameras have to be there and that is up to mls and the teams, not indemand (from my understanding)
True. I was going to mention this as well, but was rushed to finish my post due to what I just saw on CNN.
