How exactly do you do this when doing the scissors move? I've never been very good at this move and I would like to improve it. Any tips?

All your doing is selling the move, if you are stepping over to your left just lean low to your left side then push your body in the other direction(do the opposite if stepping over with your right) with the foot that plants after the move( left siccsor left foot right, right foot).

This will not only sell the move more but it lowers your center of gravity and helps for a more explosive push off helping you get from point A to B and with the quickness needed to beat your man and open up space for a pass/shot/or forward movement

It is simple, don't think of it is a fake just actually kick an imaginary ball that is a ball's length in front of the actual ball. If you do that you will automatically move very far to the side and all your motions will look correct because they are genuine.

Normally when I do that move I try to parry the foot the defender is going at the ball with the foot that I scissor with. From there, he is easily beat. I don't know how to practise that other then just trying the move a lot.
