Norwegian Champions Kolbotn finished second in this past weekend's indoor tournament according the Norwegian website "toppserien.com." Does anyone know what place FFC. Frankfurt came in and did Birgit Prinz play in this tournament? Former Courage goalkeeper Bente Nordby was named as the tournament's best goalkeeper and Courage International Discovery Player candidate Solveig Gulbrandsen was named as the MVP of the tournament.

Good. She needs a break of some sort. Endless year-round games will make her more vulnerable to injury and burnout.

    Birgit Definitely Needed A Break

I'm glad as well to hear that Birgit skipped this tournament. It is good that she is at least getting a little time off before the Four Nations Tournament in China.
