Apparently PDC wants out. Rumors abound that he is headed to Scotland.

Sounds like he is acting childish after being subbed. Didn't do crap against WBA, and whined when he was taken off.

Great player, mentally unstable. Team sucks, still- and we'll suck with him or without him.

Are you guys Ok with a Defoe & Kanoute strike force?
I think I am, and I love PDC. If we go down to we need him? also if we go down who is staying with us?

But then again this moot 'cause we are not going down!

He's 35 years old - let him go.

    Kanoute - let him go.

Sign a young English kid who can win a ball in the air and will bleed for the team.

I thought the way in which GR subbed him was totally bush league. He should have pulled him off at half time. It's not like he was out for another 20 min and did nothing. True he didn't have a good first 1/2, but if he talked GR into letting him stay on a little bit longer, taking him off like he did was not right.

I'd be surprised if he stayed on, especially if Rodent weren't sacked as he should have been in November.

    He's a nuisance.
Reports now say that Bowyer has a 30 month contract - but its void if we go down. His family is all Hammer, and wants him to stay.

DiCanio - shut up - you're too old. Let Joe run the club and we'll all be happy.

I'd disagree completely with that - I thought it was GR coming of age as a manager with bollocks. Sure, he could have taken him off at the half, but when he took him off on about 48 minutes or whatever, it was a stamp of his authority on the team. Too long he's been a joke of a manager with no respect from his team. He's now shown he has what it takes to make the tough decisions, and I'm glad he did. Keep the armband with Joey and sell the disruptive pasta muncher.

Same here, it was a much needed stamp of authority. He actually earned the title "Boss". PDC is a lunatic, sooner or later he's going to blow and we're lucky we got nearly 5 years out of him.

Some wonderful goals, great play, but his time has past.

Long Live Joe Cole, the new captain.
