En este primer dia del ano quisiera saber que pensais de un sujeto para incluir nuestros presesntimientos, nuestros analices o simplemente deseos que nos llevan a decir ''Este ano vuelve America a la A'' o ''No creo que Ortega triunfe en su buenvo equipo''. Desde Pele hasta un pulpo pasando por nostradmus, que talvez no sepa nada de futbol, se han lanzado en predicciones. Porque no nosotros de forma ludica. Ya he leido cosas como : X decia que Falcao era malo o Y decia que santafe no entraba a los ocho. Pues aqui podemos dejar registro de eso. Ejemplos de preguntas: Que equipo pinta fuerte para pelear por el primer campeonato de este ano de colombia? Los equipos rolos seguiran peliando duro o se les acaba el cuarto de Hora? Yepes terminara el ano como fijo en la seleccion o no le Alcanzara? Que jovenes promesas (Ortega, Quintero, Quinonez, Arias, Jeison Murillo, Trencito Valencia, El ex pasto hoy RM, etc.) explotaran este ano? Falcao subira mas su nivel? James pasara a ser figura mundial? Zapata lograra imponerse en el Milan? A Teo le alcanzara para seguir de titular en la seleccion? Yodo esto y cosas asi solo se sabran con el tiempo, pero el que se quiera lanzar a decir lo que el piensa no esta impedido.^^
I want us to qualify for the Sub 20 WC and Senior NT WC. Would love for Ortega and Arias to start getting minutes on their teams and come on the NT. Would also love it if 2-3 new NT calibur Center Backs and goalies pop up for us as well. I'd like all the Colombia teams playing international tournies to do well and the overall professionalism and quality of the league to get better now that it has new investors. At certain points in the last 2 years the league has been almost unwatchable

I don't think that we could get Brazil regardless because we are 2 South American teams. I am not afriad of Spain. I am more worried about Germany than anyone. They have the skill of Spain but are faster, stronger and taller. We could easily man handle half the spanish squad and our game against them in Spain with Bolillo and a out of place Falcao gives me hope we can beat them. I think this Colombia can play man v man against any team in the world. I just think we'd have the hardest time against a team like Germany. Are you sure if we win every game up to the Peru one we qualify?
vs Boliva, Vzla, Argentina, Peru = 12 points We now have 16, so in my ideal situation we would have 28 points that would clinch a spot. Spain is still the team to beat. They are current WC winners, 2 time back to back to Euro Cup winners and still have their base team in tact without adding stars like Mata, Michu, etc.

I am sorry man no way Pekerman is going to lose his job and it be given to Bolillo dudes been our NT coach to many times. At this point. Pekerman can have 3 dead hookers in his basement and he will still be elected president if we qualify. Bolillo and his little army of clowns had jobs because they sold the idea that the Colombian player was difficult and only a COLOMBIAN could make them play well. Pekerman destroy'd this idea by handing Chile it's ass in Chile. I haven't seen Colombia play half as well as it's playing since Rueda was coach but at that point we didn't have roster even 1/10th as talented as this one. Next NT coach if we don't bring another big name foreign coach after Pekerman leaves is going to be the current sub 20 coach if he does a good job, Rueda if he qualifies Ecuador, or Herman Torres of Millos. Osorio f'd himself over by being so shitty at Nacional and the fact his teams have 0 idea how to defend themselves. It's been an issue he has had since he was a coach in the MLS.
I dont think I was clear enough. I'm not saying Pekerman is the one to be replaced in this term. But you got to remember my man Peker will be 65 post WC and he would have directing Colombia on his bucket list checked off. If we succeed in not only making it to the WC but making a deep run his assistants will also be hot commodity (happens in the NFL all the time) and so it's ripe for a vulture like Bolillo to come along. After this Pekerman experience it ONLY proves that 1) we deserve better 2) our players deserve better 3) we don't have any national DT that can handle/blend well our international breed of players. Osorio/Rueda is as close as we would come and that would still be a step down. I would rather take on Simeone or Gareca.
