Our best defensive performances have come from the combination of Gallas and Terry, who can get up the field with a very important ability - pace to get back. He may be trying for one tourney and one season too many.
I agree, but i'd hate to loose him like Arsenal lost David Seaman, I think he deserves a coaching role with Chelsea as he has been a loyal player and has alot of experience and expertise to pass on to younger players.
David Seamen was offered a coaching role, but turned it down. Now he has vague hopes of getting the chance to go back some day. He screwed up.
