He's playing well. That's the reason. He hasn't made any terrible mistakes and his Game overall has been very good.

Great year for youth goalies in Colombia :)

Congratulations for Tolima and Gamero, one of my favorite coaches in Colombia. Huge mistake of Char for fire him from Junior. They believed in themselves and take advantage of our attitude. Unfortunately they won't be able to keep all their key players - I herd that Villa is almost a done deal with Boca Juniors for 70% of his rights.

Have to give it to Tolima. I thought they were dead in the water after the first match.

They showed some heart and guts to win in Medellin. Valid champs.

I have to say that game winner/ aggregate tie was pure genius.
They saw Palacios and company slowly walking to the area then they did that weird two man huddle and quickly took the corner and made Nacional pay. Good design and I would like to see something like that at the National team Level, although I don't think it would fool many organized defenses it could fool those who switch off at times.

The crotch grab celebration was a bit disrespectful though. Did not like that.

that has to be the ugliest jersey ever. 1st Goal ..... the goalie ate it. How is that dude worth 5 million? When Armani was 4.

2nd goal was a joke too.....

I take it back... Montero can't be on the NT till the Man Bun goes.... No hipsters in Yellow. Thats why Sebestain Perez cant be on the team

Incredible what Gamero does with this team. They are in first place now at least until Equidad's game tomorrow. Plays very well, now leading 2-0 on Medellin and could be at least another 2 goals. Marco Perez, once our promise in the 2009 sudamericano, scored twice, one of them from the half line.9 goals in 9 matches for him. Wonderful. I also like their Venezuelan players, Orozco and Gonzalez. And remember that they lost Villa.

Medellin was suck, he didn't touch the ball once in 90 minutes. In general he's average. I cant say that he's better than Vargas or Cuadrado. Envigado and Huila also have promising keepers. Novoa of Equidad is good too.

Santa Fe just confirmed that Gordillo rejected the Argentine offer and will play in Tolima. Good reinforcement for Gamero.

Nice to see a Colombian team win in this cup.

Any update on Montero? Would suck if they suspend a NT potential player for a year
