Re: Denilson Practice Photos [ tony montana voice ] so, ju tink you are better den me? [ /tony montana voice ]
Denilson threads are like viruses that keep popping up. Come on Mods! Go Mods Go! You can keep up! I have wanted so badly to start a half dozen to ruffle feathers but I have been a good boy and will continue so no after-the-fact threat needed Gator
I just saw some of the vids from Saudi Arabia. He is fast and the ball control and passing was high caliber (highlight reel, I know). I think he is goin to light up the league here; he is fit enough to do it, Americans work hard and will give him a lot of options. I predict he will be a highlight reel.
I haven't felt bad about Revs deals, but if he does what I think he will do, I may protest the Revs passing on him and k*** Nicol. We needed him, I think.
Boo millions of Denilson threads. Hooray moderation! -------- I can't wait to see him debut on Saturday. I know nada about him, so I'll keep an open mind, and uh, expect 9000 goals out of him by halftime before dismissing him as a bust.
I cut it down to two... if tex wants to make it 1, that's cool, but I figured I'd let Drum'r Boy's ticket thread exist separately. in other news, thanks to Abebe we now know that New England fans are just as out of their minds as Dallas fans.
Good to see that you've finally come around and are willing to give him a chance before blindly dismissing him as a failure.
Try using the sarcasm tags You put the word sarcasm in brackets before [] and after [/] the sarcastic statement. For example the phrase "like this" comes out as: Code: [sarcasm]like this[/sarcasm] or the more traditional winky face
sarcasm makes serious people like Parrot mad. they don't see how someone has time to joke. they will get mad at people that say this and post about...oh crap I just realized... sorry Parrot
ooh, cool, let me try: [sarcasm]you're right, Hulka. in the absence of any serious evidence one way or the other, I should just assume that any given player will be a good addition, no matter how good we already are at his position or how much team cohesion we already have. I should assume that the coaches and ownership will always make the right decision, regardless of how faddish it is or the fishy way negotiations seem to have unfolded. in the future I will attempt to repress my skeptical instincts and critical thinking reflexes and defer to the greater reliability of popular opinion, blind faith and seven year-old YouTube clips.[/sarcasm] hey, it works!
Think about what you just wrote then ask yourself if you aren't being a bit closed-minded about the whole situation.
there's a big difference between being closed-minded and being a skeptic. the jury is out on whether I'm closed-minded, and the way you'll be able to tell is how readily I alter my stance in the face of evidence that contradicts it either in whole or, more likely, in part.
Young Daniel doesn't know how the business world works yet. Hitch doesn't wipe his ass without asking the Hunt brothers for permission first. You think he has the freedom to sign someone to a multi-million $ contract? LOL.
I know this Adam. What I mean is Hitch is good at convincing the Hunts that if they open their pocketbook it will be worth it.
