Whoa, one thing Faria wasn't...LAZY. That guy never stopped moving on the pitch and was always wanting a goal and calling for the ball. Eh, the rest I agree with.
I'd rather have Faria then um, oh wait, we don't have anyone to play forward other then Mathis, Moreno and maybe Magee. And we still don't know if Mathis will be a foward this year, meaning that Magee will have to start. Yeah, big improvement. No, I'm not saying that having a rookie like Magee starting is a bad thing because I would personally want to have these guys play as much as possible so they can mature quicker, but I haven't seent that drastic improvement that was inticipated by everyone.
The Metros were better with Faria? The guy scored some goals but he was becoming a cancer more and more. The kid has the ego of someone whose won a World Cup or something. He may have hustled on the field but off it the kid had a bad attitude and crappy work ethic. Not the kind of stuff any team needs and certainly not something Bradley would have stood for. Oh, and the Metros did get Bradley for him so that sounds like a decent deal. Nevermind that Magee is going to score goals in bunches and make the shots Faria used to miss horribly. My question is how long before Zach Thornton punches Faria in the mouth?
