Them and the Advys. Woman I know told me herself that she thought the earth probably is millions of years old, "...but the Bible says 6K, so what am I supposed to do?" You're aupposed to not be so afraid to die that you'd ignore science.

11/5 was supposed to tell you that you are already dead, just waiting on the noose with your name on it. If --IF-- there's a God, you've already been dismissd and forgotten. Be walking into heaven with rope burns and vaginal scarring from conservatives who didn't care that you said no.

If you could tell for real for real, he wouldn't have become Pope

As someone who has had to go through this, I agree with it.

Seriously, if the Catholic Church can pick a new leader that short of time, a mid level role at a faceless corporation can be filled quickly.

Would that be Turk Wendell? He was from Dalton or one of those towns in the Wachona district.

Yup...quite a character and a nice kid. I videotaped one of his HSJVBB games from behind the backstop. When we watched the tape everyone remarked about the 3rd baseman being in focus the most. When I was asked "who" was on 3rd [my son] I replied.."I don't know"! :p

At least the new Pope can't put Robert Huth at right back in a CL semi.*

*: If you're a Chelsea fan, you remember that horror along with his other bizarre decisions in that game.

Yes.. The Pope is Catholic, which is why Conservatives were being mocked for saying he was some sort of woke socialist.

Glad he's quashed those misrepresentations. It's fantastic to finally have an American pope.

    Never thought I'd see it.

There was nothing to quash. The previous pope also held those exact same beliefs and the current pope held those beliefs prior to being selected. Him being "American" has nothing to do with those beliefs.
