I'm a little disappointed that USSF doesn't have a definitive guide on the rules for U-9 and U-10 games (buildout lines, no heading) where I can easily find it. When I Google it, I find all sorts of club and state instructions, many of them outdated. Can anyone recommend a current guide for reference?
