Re: Morten "Duncan" Rasmussen I know Morten "Duncan" Rasmussen very well, but he's not for sale at the moment, so I wont tell you how good he is ...
Morten "Duncan" Rasmussen Pro-Clubs: AGF Age: 20 Height: 6 ft Weight: 169 lb "Duncan" is a physical striker, lacking a bit in the technical department, but is a good header. He has played in 19 of AGF's 20 league matches this season, so far scoring 10 goals, which makes him the 3rd most scoring player in the league. In my humble opinion, he's a talented youngster, but not quite ready for the big break through in a major league yet.
Morten "Duncan" Rasmussen was selected by the Danish Players Association (DPA) for the 'Danish team of the year 2005' along with a mix of Danish internationals and Danish league Stars (Who are all members of the DPA) : Danish team of the year 2005: Goalkeeper: Jesper Christiansen (FC København) Defenders: Michael Gravgaard (FC København), Daniel Agger (Brøndby), Lars Jacobsen (FC København), Allan K. Jepsen (AaB Ålborg) Midfielders: Thomas Kahlenberg (Auxerre), Christian Poulsen (Schalke 04), Martin Retov (Brøndby) Forwards: Søren Larsen (Schalke 04), Jon Dahl Tomasson (Stuttgart), Morten "Duncan" Rasmussen (AGF Aarhus) Danish player of the year 2005 : Christian Poulsen (Schalke 04) Superliga Player of the year 2005 : Michael Gravgaard (FC København) Talent of the year 2005: Daniel Agger (Brøndby) 1st Division player of the year 2005: Henrik Toft (Vejle BK) 2nd Division Player(s) of the year 2005: 2nd division vest : Rene Svendsen (Hobro IK) 2nd division øst : Gilberto Marcedo de Macadena, Brazil (Holbæk) --- Last seasons Team of The Year : Thomas Sørensen (Aston Villa) - Niclas Jensen (B. Dortmund), Per Krøldrup (Udinese), Leon Andreasen (AGF Aarhus), Daniel Agger (Brøndby) - Martin Retov (Brøndby), Thomas Kahlenberg (Brøndby), Thomas Gravesen (Everton) - Mohamed Zidan (FC Midtjylland), Jon Dahl Tomasson (Milan), Steffen Højer (OB Odense). .
I agree that "Duncan" is a genuine striker. Big, strong and an excellent header. However, due to many injuries at AGF, he has at times also been used in both midfield and defense (Doing very well I may add) because of his heading skills, strength and ability to hold on to the ball. Most of his goals are actually not headers and technically his finishing is very good...
