Over the course of the season I have seen some extremely disgusting displays of delay of game, and rarely is it penalized. This needs to be cleaned up, and is worse than flopping in my opinion. First off refs need to be less lenient.

A player at minimum should be jogging off the field when subbed out. If the player is walking there should be a warning, and if the player doesn't immediately start jogging at a reasonable pace it needs to be penalized.

If a goalie goes down on top of a ball there is no reason for them to lay on top of the ball for 3 seconds motionless. This needs to be penalized.

If I had the desire I could come up with many more examples of unacceptable things players do to waste time from this season. In short I will just say it is ridiculous how much refs let the players get away with. They will continually tell the players to hustle while the player ignores them and then not actually do anything about it. It needs to be dealt with, and it needs to stop.
