The unfamiliarity has been frustrating at times for the group. However, we’ve hung together through the rigors of pre-season training and that is encouraging. The boys have bought into our system. Our team will lack a lot of cohesion early in the season. Even after Stewart, Dema, Esky, Ivanov, Petke, etc. all settle in with their new clubs and Nelsen his new role, it'll still take time to gell as a unit. Upsetting that apple-cart is the injection of Convey and Olsen. While their skill will undoubtedly improve the team, and they already understand how to play with Etch, it'll set our game back considerably. I'm quite impressed with the number and quality of articles from the team's website. Kudos to the DC United staff! -Tron
