Thank god one of our Smiths isn't a trainwreck. Great finish honestly. It's such a pleasure to see players putting shot on target and scoring goals. VAR says in the ref's ear - no penalty. Ref takes a look and basically tells VAR to eat shit. I never saw a front angle and the ref was behind the players so he couldn't see either. How?
Chapman had no video to support that crap call. Outside of the fact no video showed it hitting his arm, the ball came from a header two yards away into a arm in a natural position.
If there was an angle that showed it I'd love to see it. From what I saw on the replays there isn't a whiff of anything that could be a penalty.
