I can understand that point of view, but seriously, it has been working for me every game, apart from some glitches for the first game of the season vs KC (video didn't start until about the 25th minute or so).

It wasn't until the 3rd or 4th game that it really worked WELL for me - the video was so jumpy that it was impossible to follow what was going on. I would have cancelled my subscription if I had had any other option at all for watching the games, so I can feel ag's frustration. That said, it's working fine for me now. Finally.
