Note the 1PM kickoff folks. Please use this thread for in game thoughts and play by play (and I'm leaving it open from the start since there always seems to be an issue unlocking it later..so use the pregame thread until the game starts, folks).

These 14-year old refs don't know the rules.

Unquestionably. A pretty poor game. DC should be the one ashamed though, as they are still fighting for the playoffs.

TFC playing doing a better job at closing DCU than I would have expected. With the season their having, you could only suspect they are becoming champs at defending shots on goal (and they do look kind of good at it.)

Despite this, DCU has taken a few quality runs and developed a few dangerous attacks. But DCU needs to score something soon. This game could go to 0 - 0.

TFC has also shown the possibility of scoring as well. Though their scoring chances are not as crisp or developed. Or shots reaching Hamid & net.

This is what I call anti soccer ...

I don't understand Benny. He goes into San Jose and KC with 2 strikers but doesn't have the balls in Toronto in front of 3,000 fans. What the hell are you scared of? This is a game you should of scored the first goal early and force them to open up.

With 0-0 at halftime you just give Toronto confidence going into their locker room. Now they're thinking "maybe this team is actually going to let us get some points".
