You living in Takoma Pk could canoe to games. Sligo Creek--->NW Branch-->Anacostia river with next stop RFK. Going home would be hard though.
I'm glad you added that last part, because for about 30 seconds I was thinking, "That is a really good idea, I could get a lot of drinking in on the way there."
I don't think you're allowed to bring a canoe on the Metro either. Now an inflatable boat...so the getting home from the game part need work.
Seems like we might be dry during the tailgate but pretty high chance of getting soaked during the game, from the weather reports I'm seeing. Make sure to bring your rain gear and a ziplock bag for your phone and wallet...
