Those who attended the Meet the Coaches night at The Exchange saw the unveiling of the DC United Car Window flags. Jamie O'Connor, VP Sales and Marketing, has asked me to forward to BigSoccer the following information on how you can get one for your car. He tells me that they have a limited number and they want season ticket holders to have first crack at them. So, ========================= {from Jamie} As for the flags here's the deal. $5.00 for season ticket holders. If they wish to purchase a car flag they just need to contact customer service (703 478-6600). All flags will be distributed on Opening Day. Fans who purchase a flag they will receive a coupon in the mail prior to Opening Day. Fans will need to provide the coupon for the flag. As for non-season ticket holders they can reserve their flag by purchasing two Opening Day Premium level tickets for $40. =========================
You are welcome. Jamie adds that they will be sending out an email to 20,000 people and the flags are sure to sell out soon, so he really wants people from BigSoccer to call in as soon as they can to reserver theirs.
Thanks a lot, David, for making me put in another round of calls to DCU customer service just so Paul can have a window flag! Seriously though, I put in my order a couple of minutes ago (even though I don't have a car), and United still has plenty available.
What if we dont want to pay 40 bucks to reserve one. can we still buy a car flag later? depending on sold out status.

for the $40 you get 2 tickets and the flag or You can just order the flag for $5 By the way I got mine ordered
Has anyone received coupons in the mail to pick up their flag opening day? They said we would get coupon(s) in the mail before the 19th. I know there's still 2 (maybe 3) mail deliveries between now and game time, so I'm not freaking out (not about this anyway...). Just curious if anyone knows the status...
i was wondering about them also, they said they would be there for opening day i thought.. oh well, hopefully they have em before thsi saturday
