How about a fried cow brain sandwhich? (might be hard to find brains on the Red Bulls though.:D)

This is your brain on Red Bull. Any questions?

Let's get the guys to imagine the face of the incompetent ref squad from the last match on all the RBNY guys THIS match, and obliterate them. BTW, guys? A shutout against them would be nice, too. Pound them mercilessly!

I can't wait to beat these dirtbags .... yet again.

I bet Osario at least doesn't start the game with quite as lame of a line-up as he did for the USOC game, but still, they really have no useful defenders so we should be able to have our way with them.

Gawd, I ********ing HATE all these bastards. Maybe the Acela will crash on the way down, or better - on the way back as they lament their embarrassing loss :)

Eating cow is bad for you. Fried food is bad for you. Red Bull is bad for you. Eating a fried cowburger with a Red Bull beverage is REALLY bad for you.

Eating cow is not at all bad for you. Eating nothing but cow isn't the healthiest possible diet, but still not necessarily "bad" for you.

I will agree that redbull drinks (and teams) are bad for you.

Slaughtering pink cows is bad for no one :)

I am struggling to find a context in which your statement is even remotely true.

Things are even more desperate than usual on the metrofanatic and NYRB BS boards -- they're under no illusions about this match and expect a bloody massacre on Thursday. For once, I want to make sure they're right about something.

If we play the way we did in the first half vs. NE, we will shred NYRB.

Now if we could just learn to put our foot on an opponent's neck...

Both Burch and Namoff were fined $250, but there is no suspension according to MLSnet.com.

Will that $500 go straight to the referree training program?

Yeah, makes sense, because both players, esp. Namoff, are dirty, cheating, cynical players.

No, no, for not helping Twellman play "Keepee Uppee" with the ball in the penalty area.

    Silly blonde! ;)

So, do we put up a collection and donate the amount of the fine (or more!) to Nadine's charity? :)

There is a fascinating discussion of the R** B*** with Shep Messing on Dan Loney and Kenn Tomasch's podcast (here). Evidently, Messing knows what everyone else knows about that team, viz. that they are a wretched, cursed abortion. Very funny and illuminating discussion.
