I am ok with Olsen having a role with the club; he deserves it based on his years of service and dedication. I'm not sure about selecting a coach. We need a different mentality, but as I said how much of that is possible with the current ownership.
I think that is reasonable, but he really needs to show significant progress early and be operating where we see his direct impact and results on the field.
My daughter's take on Flores as a DP. She says given the money spent on any DP, they should "intimidate" the other team's defenses. Guys like Robbie Keane, David Villa, Ibra, Rooney and Henry did that. Flores has shown none of that so far, as I said before, he's a good and tidy player, but those guys shouldn't be getting DP money.
My thoughts exactly. If he is better than Zoltan in any way, I've missed it. That's the type of money I would be comfortable paying a player of Flores' influence.
