We're always in the area pretty early so let us know if you guys want to meet up.

Just got my ticket and not sure when I'll be getting in.

Driving down from Oakland and it takes a bit of time, so I may be getting their right as the game starts.

I do that drive quite regularly myself. It should take you about 5 1/2 to 6 hours (580 to I-5 to the 405). (If you drive too fast like ... uh ... me.)

If you want my advice, leave as early in the morning as you can. Leaving early makes the drive a lot easier. I'm talking as soon as the sun is barely coming up if not earlier.

And you need to leave enough time to park and get your ticket at will call. The lines may be long.

I'm gonna suggest two lots to meet up in before the game.

The lot labeled "2" is where we met before the MLS Cup and before the Chivas game. The lot labeled "1" is now my prefered lot when I go to games at HDC. It's a little cheaper, and it's further out (so you have to walk a bit to get to the stadium). It's a nice lot with easy access, grassy areas, a few benches around the perimeter and a quick and efficient exit.

The area labeled "BO" isn't the Galaxy locker room, it's the box office.

Either lot is fine with me, but I think it'd be good to designate one.

Lets do #1 - cheaper parking is better. I parked there for a few games.

I plan on being there around 11:30am.

So, I guess the plan is this:

Somewhere between 11:00 and noon meet up in the lot on the map (Entrance I) and have some stealth cooler action and then walk to the match as a group and take our seats.

Does anyone know exactly where the seats are. I just read that LA is opening the grass for the game and that usually means a sell-out. Keep that in mind for traffic purposes.
