Chico has always hooked me up with the stars above the badge. Maybe someone else can help you with names/numbers. If the Eagles host the Capitol Soccer Ball, you can put a bid in on the real deal, and help charity at the same time.
The Onion Bag dot com has official names and numbers. I hear good things about their quality, but haven't ordered from them yet (plan to get this year's black jersey through them soon). Soccerplus.net has official names and numbers, although I only see our current white jerseys on their site: http://www.soccerplus.net/dcunited04white.jpg I've used them for three personalized US jerseys and had no problems. MLSgear.com has official names and numbers, but unfortunately does not have the current DC United jerseys.
