No, I wont have any updates, but perhaps if I open the chat some soul with a dish will take pity and update us.

But Richie Williams did get a yellow card for something.
    Big surprise.

Doesn't that mean he's out for Thursday due to caution points?

O-0 at halftime. Very entertaining game. Lots of great passing by DC United but as usual few (if any shots on goal)

If anyone out there has it on TV and could give us some PBP in the chat room, it would be greatly appreciated. Good crowd today, but no one with a broadcast.

kind of a funny side note... on satellite you get the feed during the commercials. --They interview Leo Cullen immediately after the whistle, but they are taping it... so the interview that we see at the half with the player is actually on tape... pretty sneaky.

Anyway, Nelsen went out hurt early and Villegas came in. (not sure how serious) --DC United was JUST missing on a lot of passes in the box. While we didnt get the shots off it is encouraging.

The report was Nelson has a strained MCL. Not good.

Both teams are wearing black arm bands, but no reason was given.

63d minute -- Twellman scores. Kamler hits post, Twellman hits rebound past Rimando.

Twellman again -- on a breakaway with an assist from Kamler. 2-0 NE.

We're getting closer to getting the top draft choice -- whatever that's worth.

No Q2 tonight. Ben up front with Jaime, to no discernable effect.

    Poop.

Dammit Ray, enough with this Olsen as a forward business. Play with two strikers. Play with two wide midfielders. It works. In general.

    Poop.

Announcers point out Ray said Twellman is nothing special.

    We could use nothing special.

82d minute -- Nick makes point blank save on Twellman or it would have been a hat trick.
