you had to register your banner at the booth outside the stadium. i had them take a picture of mine around 6, which was halfway through the contest window of 5-7, and i was only #3. i imagine it got busier closer to game time, but the only ones that came right after me were a gaggle of kids with some sharpie scrawled on poster board. i did see a couple other decent ones at the stadium during the game though.
