Its the tird time I see it (in 3 different sites) this week:

Inter May Move For Davids In Exchange For Cannavaro

Fabio Cannavaro continues to have difficulties at Inter. He was left on the bench against Valencia last night, and Hector Cuper has made it clear that he does not see him as an indispensable player.

So as we revealed to you earlier this week, a Juventus move is not out of the question for the former Parma defender. And there are suggestions that the Nerazzurri may move for Edgar Davids who has not yet agreed a new Juve contract. The Dutchman apparently wants more than the Bianconeri are willing to offer so far.

A part-exchange deal could now be on the cards.

Davids has been trying to leave juve for awhile now, and honestly I wouldn't care if he did. If they were able to get Cannavaro for him that would be great, although I've also heard about a swap for Patrick Viera, which wouldn't be bad either.

Vieira its the best ball-winner/midfielder right now, even better than the Pitbull!

Yeah, but Vieira is constantly getting red cards! Oh, that's right, so is Davids. Never mind.

As for Cannavaro, I think this year has demonstrated that he's a great defender only as long as he has the right supporting cast around him. He is an incredible marker but can't hold the defense together all on his own (as opposed to Nesta and Baresi at his best). Reuniting him with Thuram might revive him a little bit.

BTW, Mario, condolences on Barca's exit (not really).

    Atta boy!

With Vieri out the rest of the season I can definitely see Juve getting the Scudetto... as for the CL, I'm aiming for the final first. Then I have no doubt that we could take the CL Trophy home.

Against one of the milanese teams? I think one trophy is more likely, dont want to be greedy and finally get emptyhanded!

I think if Juve takes out Madrid, its quite plausible that they will win the CL. We've played fairly well against the Milan teams, and I have a strange feeling that Inter is going to be in the final, which is the easier of the two, in my opinion. Either way, I think Juve can take both the league and the CL.

Well, we got a good result in our last meeting vs Inter (3-0) but Milan beat us, if we take in count Milan have no more chance to get silverware this year, they're a serious bet in the final, especially after Vieri is out for the rest of the season, who knows, maybe an all italian final wouldnt hurt our chances to win it all! :D
