DAVID TREZEGUET shows exactly what he thinks of Jacques Santini by going spitting-mad at the new Spurs boss.

The France striker was furious when Santini substituted him in the 1-0 Euro 2004 quarter-final defeat by Greece on Friday night.

Santini blanked Trezeguet after sending on Manchester United’s Louis Saha in his place with 18 minutes left.

And, as our exclusive pictures show, the angry Juventus star hit back at Santini’s snub by clearly aiming a mouthful of phlegm at the boss while he had his back turned.

Trezeguet’s actions will deepen the French crisis after their shock early exit in Portugal.

The dirty deed will also raise question marks about Santini’s man-management skills as he prepares to take charge at Tottenham next month.

Otherwise, the North London side could be in a spit of bother again

I'm really excited about Santini going to sp*rs now. I think he made tons of mistakes with this French team, and I can't wait for him to continue making them with those clowns.
