that is cool. one thing you missed (and one of my favorite parts of the new uni) is that the new stars over the logo are white/silver. no more gold which never matched anyway. i think little touches like this make this one of the best dcu uni's ever.
If we did this we could get a butt load of money from two sponsors. Plus, the swoosh kinda blends in with the Verizon logo. What'ya think?
Ha. That gave me a chuckle. I guess what I am saying is you rarely see verizon without the checkmark as it is part of their trademark brand. Nike has been around a lot longer and Verizon execs put this into consideration with regards to logo differentiation. Most people will not associate the two. Especially when the new stadium deal goes through and Verizon owns the advertising rights. Hahah wishful thinking......really I don't work for them, own stock or own product.

One thing we have to remember... almost every other team's fans in the league hates us. To them, we are the Evil Empire. Dark Side is very fitting IMHO. But I think Columbus may have dibs on any Star Wars related marketing.
