I read this morning that David has been given the Aston Villa job. It will be interesting to see how he does there, and Villa fans must be relieved to be rid of Taylor!
Great to see him get with a good team, O'Leary is one of the best young coaches in Europe. I hope he Villa beat Leeds twice next year... they were idiots for releasing him (Terry Venables was a great replacement, eh? El-Tel and Big Ron are hopeless). I'd like to see him give Leeds the boost he did a few years back
Dave O' Leary This is a great opportunity for Dave. He'll do well at Villa. Never understood Leeds replacing him with Terry Venebals. El Tel has got to be the most overrated manager ever. However, when things don't wotk out, he always seems to have a decent excuse. Hey, that begs the question. Who is the most overrated manager in english football past or present?
O' Leary had a lot of money at leeds. I don't think deadly Doug will be as generous as Peter Risdale. It will interseting to see how Dave will manage with such a reduced budget. Also what will happen to the likes of Alpay,Balaban and Angel.
