Dartmouth Falls To Penn, 2-1 HANOVER, N.H. -- Penn's Robin Watson scored two goals to lift the Quakers to a 2-1 win over the Dartmouth College women's soccer team Saturday at Chase Field. The Big Green finishes its regular season at 12-4-1, 5-2 Ivy League, while the Quakers improve to 8-6-3, 3-1-3 Ivy League. The Quakers tallied the decisive goal in the 68 minute of play off a corner kick. Jenna Linden sent a long pass to the far post to Watson who delivered the gamewinner. Senior Mary McVeigh tied the game at 1-1 with 38:56 left in the game. Off a corner kick, junior Anne Peick lofted a high pass through the penalty area to McVeigh who out-jumped a defender for the score, her 11th of the season. Penn scored first with 17:12 remaining in the first half. Off a corner, Rachelle Snyder found Watson with a pass right in front of the goal, and Watson just tapped in the shot. --- Big Green Sports
