The most recent news on the managerial front … “Arsenal U18 coach Jack Wilshere 'prepares an application for Aberdeen's manager role'... but Neil Warnock and Alex Neil remain the front-runners at Pittodrie. Wilshere was one of the candidates assessed by MLS side Colorado Rapids last autumn, and the former player is believed to have 'impressed' in his interview. However, the role eventually went to Chris Armas, who has previously coached at MLS clubs Toronto FC and New York Red Bulls, and served as a coaching assistant at Manchester United and Leeds.”

Aberdeen won 2-0, Miovski with a 1st-half brace, Polvara assisting on the second goal. Polvara went the full distance, picking up a yellow card at 83’.
Aberdeen fall behind 3-0 in 26 minutes, and Polvara comes off in a double sub. Duk, who came on in the double sub, scores right away for 3-1. No obvious positives here. Credited with one chance created.
Polvara starts! again. I was worried that he had been scapegoated for the 3-0 deficit, see above, where he was pulled and the team rebounded. Aberdeen (T-7th) visit Kilmarnock (4th).

Polvara on in the 73rd minute today against Livingston, and they thought they had the match winner in stoppage time, but it was reversed on VAR. Ends 0-0. Read that Polvara was best of the subs, for what that's worth.

Polvara plays the whole match in a 1-0 win over Motherwell that clinches Premiership play for next year. Gets a gaudy FotMob 8.0 driven by 13/21 on duels - very active by the stats.

Scored the team's 2nd goal in a 4-0 romp over Hibs. Polvara has shown he can be a good player in Scotland but he's not consistent. He needs to do it on a weekly basis next season.

Polvara gets the start against Livingston, for whom Scott Pittman also starts. Not much on the line in this one. Livingston lead 1-0, Twitter tells me Polvara playing pretty well.
And now it's 1-1 - Polvara draws a yellow card and a free kick outside the box, and Hoilett makes the free kick.
Apparently injured in training and out for several months: https://sports.yahoo.com/polvara-miss-significant-portion-season-082307583.html
