I went to see this match. I'm over for a couple of weeks and after a few trips, finally made it to my first reserves match. Simek played very well. Danny K didn't get many opportunities so it was hard to tell. If anyone comes over, I definitely recommend going to a reserves match. They're free (which is always a bonus) and the ground is very small so you really get to see them up close. GJ40
Going to Barnet for the reserves is certainly an interesting experience what with the incredibly slopey pitch and you often bump into somone like Pat Rice or Steve Bould watching the game and they'll usually stop for a quick chat with you Danny K didn't really see much of the ball but when he had it he made a few good runs that led to a couple of decent opportunities, one where he dribbled round a few players and got into the box but he let someone else shoot when he was probably in a better position. Simek looked quite good alongside Tavlaridis at the back and looks to have improved since previous reserve matches
