Two things that will be needed for D2 status, Investors and Stadium. We need to increase the overall net worth of the ownership group. There are discussions going on but no other details have leaked. I get the impression the current owner wants to off load majority ownership but still have a lot of control over the club (not sure how that is supposed to work). In regards to a Stadium it appears that we currently have all our eggs in one basket and trying to lock down a lease with a Soccer specific stadium already being built in Irvine, Ca. by the City. If we don't get that lease I think things will look very poor for the future of the club. If we do get the lease it can be a game changer.
