    Somewhere out in space
Alfredo D´Stefano is named one of the best footballer ever of Europe, the best of Real Madrid. But he ´s Argentinian and I wonder if he ever played for Argentina national team.

Yes, he did, although not for very long (he was banned from international competition for a while because of his participation in Colombia's pirate league).

Actually Queso mecanico (and you should know this) Di Stefano played for Colombian National Team too! He's one of the very few guys that played for 3 different countries, some sources even list Uruguay once (in a friendly)

WOW! I didn't know that....I wonder if any player today can do that? Are there any loopholes out there that will allow a player to play for several Nat Teams in a lifetime...If so, I wonder what players can do that.

No Robin, to avoid frauds and conspiracy theories, FIFA limits the participation in National Teams to just one country, once you have played for "X" country you are not allowed to play for any other.
