I can't stand Baseball anymore, but I was looking at some old stats and a DL (disabled list). It got me thinking. Maybe a thread should be started that would track all our current injuries and their comeback status. Who would be on the current Yanks DL? C. Reyna- Out up to 6 more months, Knee C. Mathis- Month(+), Hernia (thanks amyep) Who else is injured out there? J. Wolff- ? (Knee)
Mathis may have a "sports hernia", which would require surgery, and he would probably be out until the begining of the MLS season. He's seeing a specialist Monday. It was reported here: http://www.northjersey.com/page.php...lRUV5eTYzNDUyODgmeXJpcnk3ZjcxN2Y3dnFlZUVFeXk2 http://www.northjersey.com/page.php...lRUV5eTYzNDU2NjcmeXJpcnk3ZjcxN2Y3dnFlZUVFeXk2 edit: DMB is fine, he played in the Scrimage against the Metros on the 21st, and even scored a goal. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Mulrooney and Donovan were sent home by the Quakes from Spain to recuperate. Donovan has a contusion on his right big toe suffered in the Quakes second match at the La Manga tournament. Tony
You should read the earthquake report. He was unable to practice on Sat. or Sun. Obviously not just a simple bruise. As anyone who has tried to play with a badly bruised toe knows, it just gets worse and is very painful. The last thing you want it to turn into is turf toe.
