I decided against it once I realized my opponent is a PM trainer and I would face his 2nd string midfield. One that I will handle easily. However his attack is balanced throughout, forcing me to go with a 4-3-3. I should win by at least a couple of goals.

Damn it - guy has logged in once since Christmas and he logs in today and changes his line-up to a 4-3-3. I was going 5-3-2 CA since he was going to win the midfield and now it looks like I might take the midfield thereby making my CA useless. UGH!

0-0 with each team having 1 chance to date

Not bad for a second round cup game. :)

The team played a match. Spectator income amounted to 114 314 US$.

Now if I can only get some infor other than VIBEZ preferred attacking in the middle.

up 1-0 after 17 minutes against Khino FC... he should be able to score easily though if he gets a chance this game, but his midfield is completely unmatched against mine... still will be close though just because of that... gunning for my first round 3 appearance in my 3rd cup outing

Edit: 2-0 after 21... my top striker is 1 goal short of the natural hattrick

Adding insult to injury the douchebag has had a team since 2003 and his stadium is a whooping 14,600 so I only made $30K on the game.

BTW, you pulled back after the 2nd one.

My keeper just got replaced because he can't handle the rough treatment.

4-0 should have PICed, lost my youngest IM to injury, hopefully not long and he'll be back for training tomorrow.

This is a PIC with my scrubs, so I was slightly worried. Hopefully some more goals will come!

    EDIT: #3 - NICE!

MOTS against Htuifoda, who should kill me but I have a slight chance.

Unfortunately, they played the same team as their league match - no training, I guess!

But, a set piece and it's 1-1 30 minutes in. So I'm not dead *quite* yet, and they did miss a chance somehow despite my offensive WB and two OCD in a 3-4-3.

    And now 1-2.

Well, what can I say? I'm playing with my 'B' trainees against the 'A' trainees of a USA IV team. And not an awful one at that.

We'll take our pounding gracefully. :)

I'm PIC'n and missing left and right, plus the aforementioned keeper.

You just made it 0-4 and your opponent got a card.

Wow, he must be really laying down for me. He sent me a mail saying something like "Wow, a DIV team! I'm screwed!"

I replied "Yes, and I'm only focusing on the Cup this season." :D

Down 1-3 against the 'A' lineup of a USA IV team, Russell Laird breaks through down the centre, we score on our first attack, and it's 2-3!

Very much against the run of play, but they've scored on 3 of 4 chances, we've scored on 1 of 1 (central, loading up a wing) plus a corner, and we really shouldn't lose possession by all *that* much on a MOTS with satisfied TS.

Do we have a shot at this??? (67038508)

Update: They had 62% possession. Down 2-3 at the half having stopped one of their chances. Could we actually do this???
