    So, is Mario history?

I bet tomorrow he'll be ratified and next week he packs his bags.

If i was with Cruz Azul's Directiva i would have told Carillo to pack his bags right after the Necaxa game first half. It is clear that his tactics are not working and the Club still has time to turn thungs around, just not with Carillo at the helm..

If he does get sacked who would La Maquinas options be ? Mexican coaches that are available; Miguel Mejia Baron, Tomas Boy, Enrique Meza, Carlos de los Cobos.. What about foreign coaches ? I cant think of any at the moment..

If I had to pick somebody it would be Tomas Boy. What the team needs now is somebody that's not as passive as Carrillo has been. After that horrific performance against Necaxa what do we get ?

A simple "Yo tengo la culpa" sombre speech where he asks the media to lay off the players and blame him instead.

His tactics have sucked and he still can't find a winning formula.

    Here's some advice -

    1) Put Baldi on the right side of the attack. Having him try to play behind the line of attackers is not working.

    2) Do not experiment with a back line of 5 with Cabrera and Osorio attempting to attack on the flanks. Neither player has shown any ability of doing this and why Carrillo would think they would have an impact doing something they've never done well is beyond me.

    3) Speaking of the back line of 5, do not ever have Aaron Galindo play anything but a Libero right now. He can not mark one on one period. He needs a lot more experience doing this.

    4) Almaguer sucked at Libero. How about switching his position with Galindo ?

    4) Tomas Campos is better at creative midfield than defending. When Osorio was up attempting to attack, Campos could not fall back to defend effectively. Also, with having Campos worry about his double duty, he often left Galdames all alone in the stopper role.

Cruz Azul has the players to play much better than they've shown. But it's going to take some hard assessments to put in the missing pieces.

ojitos se la juega vs tecos, para salvar la temporada a costas de Tecos.

ya allego el salvador: chelito delgado
Ojala que le otro delgado pueda jugar el segundo tiempo y que Choronta restrepo colabore mas en el medio campo.

    any tv for this game?

Why did you bump this old ass thread ??? It is very confusing ?!?! Someone clicks on this and they have to read about Carillo and they will think isnt he with Puebla !!! Then we just start talking about Meza !?!? please Efer no more bumping Old threads just let them fade into oblivion. It would of been much better if you had started a New thread.

Anyways there is speculation that Meza is gone no matter what (unless he wins the MFL liguilla) and that Ramon "el Pelado" Diaz will be taking over next season as Cruz Azul plans to heavily invest in the club once again. Marcelo "Chelo" Delgado might also be leaving..
