This was quite an amusing story but I hope he got a rollicking from Sir Alex.

    See my signature;)

On another note Cristiano is back this Satuarday against Everton:) IF he does not get injured during Portugal's qualifier.

All I can say is those 3 shouldn't have to "hire" anyone...:D

Seems all they need to do is go to any nightclub...and they should be able to secure all the girls they need:p

In news not as important as his nightlife, Ronaldo scored his 7th Euro Qualifying goal.

I believe that is his 19th NT goal in 48 games. For a winger that is very impressive. I say move him to striker (since he is our best striker believe it or not) and let him pass Pauleta in goals scored.

I am weary of doing this, I just hate the fact that Ronaldo would be off the ball for prolonged periods of time. He wouldn't get to run at defenders as much either.

The problem is Ronaldo would also hate this. What very well may end up happening is that he drops back deep to receive the ball so he can run at defenders and do this thing, which creates a problem as there is no longer anybody up front.

Yeah, I am kind of against having him upfront. I rather use Nani up there.

Ronaldo has stipulated that he doesn't wat to play the striker role, he is a natural winger, playmaker.

    Zinho, Nani?? Wtf!!!

He has stated that? Show me a link?!?

Also, it looks like NT teams are sending more people to Ronaldo and even man marking him sometimes.

Ronaldo just scored vs Birmingham 1-0.

he stole the ball in the box then rounded the keeper

That's number one on the season 19 more and he keeps his hair.

offensively perhaps it was just "decent" but I was more impressed wit his defense, he tracked back a lot and actually stole the ball here and there which to me is kinda rare for him.

Scored the game winner on a pure brilliant move, not just stealing the ball, but what he did afterward was pure genious. Went from a possible goal to a sure goal on his move around the keeper. I'd put it on a little above decent.

Sometimes just one play can make or break a players performance, and CR's broke it.

True, he did stretch the defence. Certainly played better then Giggs, he was horrid today.

Cristiano Ronaldo foi suturado com quatro pontos no sobrolho depois de uma pancada.

4 stitches after a bloody cut resulting from an elbow hitting just above his eye from a tackle in the CL game vs Roma.

I wanted him to come back in. Just do some patch work until the game was over.

Yeah he had a good game. Had a few opportunities to make it a hat-trick...
Also, it appears Ronaldo and Anderson have a very good understanding of each others. I hope in due time Anderson misplaces someone in the medio....

the captain era of Ronaldo begins, hes ready for the responsbility - hes matured and is a perfect captain for Portugal, hes a born winner and won't accept losing or drawing and he will thrive on the demands and preasure.

In the Champions league Ronaldo scored two goals vs Dynamo Kiev in the ukraine.

they won 2-4, Ronaldo scoring the third united goal from a nice header to the top corner off a giggs cross. ronaldo's second came from the spot. the goal keeper went the wrong way, ronaldo put it to the low left corner. I noticed when ronaldo takes the penalty, he runs, and stops (a bit longer then usual) and then takes another 2 steps and just scores.

I noticed ronaldo gets braces fairly often. when is he going to get a hat trick? I never rememebr him getting one. he gets 2 and never get a third, but he keeps going and is playing very well.
