El juvenil defensor colombiano estuvo todo el juego para los de Serse Cosme, haciendo la pareja de centrales al lado del brasilero Felipe. Fue precisamente el jugador suramericano el anotador del único gol del juego. Felipe marcó para los de Friuli, cuando al compromiso le faltaban tres minutos para el final. Udinese, con la victoria, llega a 17 unidades, ubicándose en la novena posición de la Serie A. En otro juego, celebrado este sábado en el estadio Olímpico, la Juventus como visitante venció 4 - 1 a la Roma. El resto de la duodécima jornada del balompié italiano se efectuará este domingo, destacando los compromisos, Inter – Parma, Fiorentina – Milan y Sampdoria – Lazio. Morocho es tremendo defensor..

Re: zapata ,,new hero in Euro thank you for the compliment. yes zapata is a very good young player who is fitting in well in Serie A. hopefully this generation will have the same mental strength as the one of Valderrama , Rincon, Asprilla etc. the new colombian players have alot of potential.

Udinese appear to be using the additional cash they received from their birth in the Champions League to strengthen up their youth system and bring in promising players from last year's Youth World Cup. Hence, their signing of Abel Aguilar, Cristian Zapata, and Nigeria's Obodo. The problem for Aguilar is that Obodo, who plays the same position, has been kicking major ass for a rookie this season, from all the reviews I've read on Gazzetta. Obodo is only a few years older then Aguilar, so its not like he will be ceding his place soon either. What's worse, Aguilar hasn't played a minute yet for Ascoli - and they do not have the strongest side... For a player who a year ago was selected as the starting centre midfielder in the World Youth XI, Aguilar is going through a rough spell. He developed quite a rep in his international appreances for Colombia (4-4-2 Magazine called him "Masterclass," and distinguished him as one of the best prospects at his position on the planet), but it does him no good sitting on the bench, on loan, at a relegation fighting team in Seria A. Has he given any interviews since he has been in Colombia, that might reveal whether he will be playing at all for Ascoli in the near future? I like the elegance of his game and his scoring ability, but think he just needs a bit more of an edge/bite to take it to the next level...

Re: zapata ,,new hero in Euro One thing is certain, there's always been a barrier when it comes to our players being famous like other S.A. players. Pibe Valderrama/Higuita and others kinda stepped over that barrier, but we're still ways off when it comes for our players to be recognize outside of Colombia.
Re: zapata ,,new hero in Euro is what udinese doing with aguilar legal? and by that i mean sending a player you have basically already signed, but because you cant have him on your team for one reason or another you technically "lend him" to some small team until you know you will have a spot open on the squad to "bring him back". because i dont even think aguilar went to ascolis training camp or whatever.. he is just there on paper, he shows up on the lineup given by the ascoli coach every weekend even though aguilar isnt even in italy! but now that udinese will lose some players due to the african cup, they conviniently have guys like aguilar ready to step in. it seems a little shady to me.
