Twellman looks to have taken the worse of the contact

Also, we still have no commentators and just got the time put up on the screen.

    Things are running normal now

Joseph gets a well deserved yellow for a late tackle on Elliot.

Simon is still down and looks to be in pain, this is not good for the Crew.

The Crew just look awful. No flow to the match and we continue to turn it over in dangerous spots to the Revs. 18 minutes in and we still haven't controlled the ball in the Revs penalty area.

    1-0 Revs

This does not look good for the Crew they are being out worked and flat out embarrassed. This looks like the 2003 Crew out there.

Buddle is playing way too deep and we still can't control the ball anywhere near the Revs box. Elliots free kicks and corner kicks have been bad. It looks like we are trying to hold on for dear life.

The Crew are trying to make the perfect pass and only want to get the ball in the box by sending a cross from the wing. The middle of the field doesn't exist and I'm sorry it might be due to Paule.

Heydude needs to move to the back and Sanneh needs to move behind Elliot with Duncan and Danzilla needs to come in for Paule and take over the vacant wing spot.

Worst half of soccer by the Crew in a few years

Nice goal by Avery John, world class you might say. The Crew should have stepped up on him, but come on that's a once in a blue moon shot by him.

Martino is just stinking up the place. I just don't understand how anyone can consider him for the Nats. Doesn't make good decisions in the final third, not a very good passer, and can't play his position.

This schedule is a little tough on the Crew you can tell. This is their 4th game on the road. Hopefully they come out and a little more active in the second half. Even going back home 1-0 wouldn't be that bad, although It'd be nice to get that eqaulizer and the go ahead too. Still a lot of firepower on the bench for the Crew.

My goodness, that was not an atrractive half. Buddle should've received a second yellow at the end of the half.

If things don't improve, bring Danny in for Paule or Frankie. Or somebody. We're just not clicking right now. Buddle has looked dangerous at points, but with his yellow, it might be wise to bring in Jeff.

    Bill-- Hope the wife's OK.
The Crew better step it up a couple of notches in the 2d half. They
look a little flat. OK, alot flat.

Does anyone want to stick around through the half? Talking to myself gets kinda boring and sad.

    Washington on for Elliott

Greg is doing everything he can to try and get some offense going.

Wow, not until 70 minutes until I realized Paule was in the game. Only seen Oughton 2-3 times but that might be due to the homers calling the game.

Great job with the subs Greg, Danzilla was due in the game from the start. Paule was invisable and stunk up the joint. He better not see the pitch in the 2nd game.

This is garbage, I don't care if it's only 1 goal. We were totally dominated by the Revs and by that I mean we were their bvtch all game and they were able to do what they wanted all night. I'm embarrassed for the team.

Where the possession soccer with quick passing and runs off the ball that the Crew had done for the past 3 or 4 months? I don't want to hear anything about his being a road game because the Revs have like 3 fans in the entire stadium. Lots of standing around, no communication between the players, and just overal no effort from anyone. We spent more time palying the ball back than we did forward and it cost us on the goal. Also, can Simon or anyone on the Crew play a good free kick?

This is sad, not a decent performance from anyone on the Crew. So much for all of the crap the players have been saying about the playoffs for the past few weeks.

    MOM - Danzilla

Greg, get your head out of your ass and sit Ross Paule. Dan had a bigger impact offensively in his 2 minutes than the entier team did all game combined.

I just can't get over how bad this team played, the Revs were almost just as bad. A good team would have put 3 or 4 on us. We have reached panic mode.

OK, I just got home, so I only saw the last ten minutes. But two things stuck out to me.

Martino- Does he think he's playing d-mid?
Sanneh- When's he going to get fit? He may have been running around for the first 80 minutes I didn't see, but a professional needs to be 90 minutes fit, and Sanneh was definatley gassed the last 10 minutes I saw.
